I was wondering if this boy got his jab in school? There is a push by Governor Polis telling kids to lie to their parents to get the jab. (See below article). Then to entice the kids offer $100 gift cards.
Also, do you have a form that totally withdrawals a child from any type of medication at school? There is always a permission to give meds but nothing to opt out. I would like that in my child’s school record! I looked online for a form but nothing found.
