Confusing information. It states that the injection was received on March 17, 2020 with the onset of issues March 18th, 2021. Please verify as it makes us look like we are falsifying documents.
It’s a simple typo. They obviously meant to type 2021. There wasn’t even a vaccine on the market in March 2020.
I am sorry, but in reviewing the document, the year is the first number and in every instance it is 2021.
